For the past 30 years, the Westfield Food Pantry at Holy Trinity has been located in the Holy Trinity Interparochial School at 336 First Street. The pantry and its services have grown tremendously from its early days. We now provide food to approximately 125 families a month all of whom are referred by social service agencies throughout Union County.
We are open five mornings a week with volunteers from Holy Trinity, United Methodist Church, Temple Emmanu-El, the Westfield Service League, St. Helen’s Church and Redeemer Lutheran Church sorting, stocking shelves and packing food orders.
With increasing numbers of families coming to the pantry, we are looking for additional volunteers. If you have 3 to 4 hours every other month to help out, please call Bill Crandall 908-233-5446, or Tom Conheeney 908-233-2145. Your help and commitment to our neighbors in need will be greatly appreciated.
To donate items in need check out the poster in the back of church. Donations can be dropped of there.
